Update

I tried to come up with a catchy title for the blog but the one I wanted was already taken so we have now settled on this one. Hopefully, Alan will add his 2 cents worth to make this more interesting.

Allie's Baptism

Alan and I flew to Cheney, Washington to attend Allie's baptism on Saturday, February 16th. What a joy that was. She is such a special child. We were joined by Shelley and Greyson, from Spring, TX, Vii, Jen, Nathan, Amy and Logan from West Valley, UT. We had such a great time.

On Sunday we celebrated Lisa's birthday. All in all, we had a great time even though it was very cold.

My Mom

I thought that it might be nice for all of you to see a recent picture of my mom. Isn't she cute; she has a new haircut and a manicure. She is still at Heritage Rehabilitation Center. She is doing just fine. She is recuperating from pneumonia but is still able to go to physical therapy each day. She wants to come home, but is still in good spirits. She did make a trip back to the hospital last Wednesday to receive 2 units of blood. She still amazes me with her cheerful attitude. If you would like to call her,her number is 310-328-1036 or just send her a card at my address (1036 Oakhorne Dr Harbor City, CA 90710. She would love to here from you. And for those of you who have sent her cards and or called her, I thank you. She really does love to hear from you.

Logan Michael Marvive arrived almost on time, just a week early on October 27th, 2007. Amy and Rey are his parents and Jake, Jonah, and Caleb are his older brothers.
Greyson Dallas Pennington was born on September 26th, 2007. He too was a little early (4 1/2 weeks), but was able to come home right away. His parents are Shelley and Brett. His brother, Soren, and sister, Emily, are very pleased to have a new little brother to love.
This is Nathan Vii Uigaese. He was born on August 27th, 2007 to Jen & Vii. He decided to show up a little early (6 1/2 weeks) and so spent a while in the hospital. He came home on October 2nd. He is doing just great and our family loves him to bits!
